I submitted this under neck zit pictures, however, it may be an hemagitoma (forgive any misspelling), which is a tumor/cyst/growth comprised of blood vessels, which make the growths notorious for being difficult to treat due to bleeding (which is why they make a cautaurizer (again, forgive any misspelling). We have a hematoma category, but I understood this to mean a bruise.
