I dunno, ganglion jelly just doesn’t do it for me like good ol’ pus/sebum/blood.

Yes Kat. Ganglions are usually at a joint. Why? Ganglions are made od sinovial fluid. The fluid that lubricates the joints. What happens is a little escapes the joint area and bubbles out. picture sueezing a water weenie, the pressure creates a fluid-filled bubble.
I had one on my second toe, at the top joint. I finally had to go to the pod to have it lanced. Hurt worse than having my daughters.
