I despise jumping on this “repost” bandwagon, but this is getting downright ridiculous. Thee videos are not hard to find on the site, you just have to spend a few minutes searching before you put it in the “hopper”. If the video is from a really long time ago, I might understand this a bit more, but these recent reposts are just months or even weeks old. It isn’t hard to do a search. The search box is there at the top for you. You can use the title, tags, or look in the appropriate category.

I’m really sorry about the repost thing – but since I’m new and not afraid to stand up for myself – I didn’t see it, didn’t know it was here – and rather than complain about it being a repost, which a reg here helped me post, I think a really good idea is to NOT WATCH. Bitching about something doesn’t take it away and neither does complaining. So Thank You to the person who helped me with that, I appreciate it greatly, and to others who are bothered by a repost, just move on and quit complaining.

While it may be a repost, it does remind us that Dr. J. does have a little competition from Dr. Hawke. He made some great videos, too! I wish he still made them.

omgosh… never thought I’d see the day. Sorry gilming but this is what I do… http://www.popthatzit.com/2009/06/now-he-can-smell-his-own-farts-again/
It is a GREAT Video and I agree with phyrewall… I think Dr. J’s are pussier but I found Dr. Hawke first so he is special, too.

Gilming – since you are new I would like to say welcome! Hopefully you don’t let the crap from others keep you from posting! It is quite ridiculous but it is an unfortunate reality if you want to hang around. You will quickly learn who to ignore and avoid! Again welcome and thanks for your contribution!!!

This was the first EENT video I ever saw on YouTube (before this site was posting them), and I adore (1) him pulling a thing the size of a Buick out of the patient’s nose (2) the suctioning off of huge amounts of mucus. and (3) the fact that he calls one of his tools (I think it’s the one that bites and sucks) “Diego.” This is a real classic, no matter how many times it’s been posted.

Agh! I tried to post this very same awesome vid about 4 mths ago. I even looked high and low and did not find it in the files. So even with checking you can repost. Oh well, at least this thing is on here, and I certainly don’t mind the buick sized cancer being released once again! lol (I never did see it the first time on here, only on youtube.)

So thanks for the repost! : )

gilming a good rule of thumb is any video that is over a few days old has PROBABLY been posted here before, so its a good idea to run a search on here to check.

    Geeeeeeezzzzzzzzzzzzzz!!!!!!!!!
Just ignore them gilm………the repost bullsh*t will never end…….guess they just don’t have anything more pressing in their lives to worry about…….I’ve been on this site quite a while now….under another username (can anyone guess who I am??!)…..one member used to live just to point out reposts…..and now that she’s simmered down somewhat, I guess others feel they need to take her place.
I, myself, click stop and wait for the next posting……..
    WELCOME glim!!!!!!………and ignore the negativity:):):)

This is my first comment. Thank you to everyone who takes the time to post something. My family thinks I’m a bit of a freak watching this site, but it is my daily cool down. It is theraputic. For you anal repost cry babies, COME ON! I have taken the time to make a comment soley for you, give the people a break. I have searched for things and their are so many titles it is easy to miss something so CHILL! That’s all I had. Thanks again for the site, I truly enjoy it. Life is too short quit complaining!

Ok, here goes…1) I thought I checked high and low and didn’t find it 2) I thought it was cool enough that even if I didn’t find it and it was a repost, whatever 3) I appreciate the welcome from those that have welcomed me very much, it’s nice to hear that 4) in every chat or site there is a clique, I know because I ran both for a while, a pet grief chat and site and a single parents chat so….in saying that…..I have very thick skin, I don’t get into the petty name calling and finger pointing, nor do I have a high tolerance for whining and complaining, and 5) I’m so laid back that I actually think it’s quite funny that people choose to pick “fights” on a computer. Hilarious actually. I have a magic button that makes all the pretty lights on my computer go off and I use it when I get tired of whiney complaining (that or a block device) and I am set.

I’m happy to say I found this site, I’m on it constantly and hopefully will make many friends on here. I’m here for the same curious enjoyment everyone else is. I’ve already met some great people and I know I will meet more in the future. I’m sorry “Welcomer’s” I didn’t name you by name, but you know who you are and I appreciate it very much! Thanks.

Part of the reason that it’s hard to find videos already posted is because the site is full of reposts. If you’re new, have a blast going through all of the videos here. I know I spent a couple of days in heaven looking at them all! After that if you want to post something you stand a much better chance of knowing whether it’s already on the site.

One of the reasons you can’t find an older post is that people don’t use the same name for a title. IF they used the same name that is on the website where they found it, it would be a bit easier to find. ALSO if they would file it under the correct category they would also be easier to find. I am making a database for Emil and it is very frustrating because I see people doing it wrong all the time! Most people post things in the right place and name them so it is easier to find but some don’t. Until people do things in an organized way, and maybe if we had guidelines of how to post things, we are going to have problems and reposts. For heavens sake… this one was called something about a FART before. What does that have to do with this? See what I mean?
Gilming… I am the chief of jumping on the repost problem but just because this site is jumbled up with so many videos! Welcome to the site and keep posting! If you want hints with searching, just email me and I’ll give you some that help k?

Thank you PPM, I have alot of experience running a site and running 2 chats. I ran my site for almost a dozen years before it got to be to much for me emotionally and I was having to put my own dogs down because of age, illnesses, etc. I found it hard to help others while I was dealing with my own grief so I had to shut down the site. I also had videos on my site of all my member’s pets, and all the resources, videos of prayers, poems, etc., to help them. I had a seach option as well and sometimes you just don’t find the correct words. I don’t see a big deal with reposting, although, now I know I here I’ll make a more concentrated effort of not doing so. Remember, no one is forcing anyone to watch anything, and if you find something posted you’ve seen before, just move on to something else. I’m not saying that in an inconsiderate or sarcastic way, but I just don’t do drama. Thanks PPM for your offer of assistance. :)

Amen about the drama! I am an admin of a moms site and I have had my share. I thought on a zit popping site there would be less but from what I have read so far there is more. WOW

I wonder what this patient presented with, as they say. “Doctor, it feels like I have something the size of a baseball bat up my left nostril, and no mucus has come out for six months!”

Emil, that was cute, pointing your finger at me, and calling it “whining”. I’d like to see the day when that finger gets pointed in a more deserving direction, especially when it comes to “whining”.
