What the zit are you talking about Ben Casey???? It wasn't very fluctuant because it's a mildly inflamed sebaceous cyst...... There is NO "large amount of redness" and it is not cellulitis Dr Death!!! By the way, you DON'T "let the immune system do it's job""!!!! The patient would receive antibiotics, particularly in the area where it's located (the neck!!!).
As far as your demented advice goes, it's obvious you know absolutely zero when it comes to this condition!! I think their technique was poor and they didn't excise the cyst sac; but I really don't know what the hell you're talking about!!!!! So, stop giving medical advice Dr Kevorkian..............

This one was a tad frustrating to watch. The excessive wiping bugs me. I want more squeeze - less wipe!

You say cellulitis needs to be left alone, but I had it in my neck after two surgeries for 3 herniated discs and had to have a 3rd operation to take care of it! They had to re-cut the incision area, go deep and clean the infection out! I was in the hospital for a few days and had a PIC line in for a month! I guess mine was not able to be left alone? I wish I could have video taped my son popping a green bump back on my neck...it was thick, green and chalky. That was a sign of the infection and how my doc suspected cellulitus!!!

Hugs cybersharque!!! Our beloved almost doctor!!! I learn so much from you! Glad you are back commenting!
These people look like they are in the health profession but I have learned over the years that it doesn't mean much to say I am a health professional. I figuered they knew what they were doing! Just goes to show can't always tell a book by its cover!
Our cybersharque is back! YAY!

I don't think all that fresh blood was from someone presqueezing the cyst.
Must have nicked a blood vessel with the scalpel. Was fun to watch the sack fly out:) The was sure a youngin...one great squirt and the cyst sack squirt. Not much but I'm sure I would have been the same way the minute I felt it, I would be attacking it:) Nice find!
