Gentle Doc, Painful Cyst
Hi me fine fellow popologists! I’m sorry my postings have been scarec – life happens, right? Anyways, this little tidbit is located in one of my favorite places to squeeze (or per normal, see squeezed, because I’m not lucky enough to live with a sebaceous cyst factory slash boyfriend…. anymore… and yes, for those in the know, I am still trying to track him down – he would be a PTZ god!). The EAR Cyst on this poor guy is a never-ending well of very chunky, stubborn pus.
The Doc, however, tries to be as gentle as possible, but in such a highly sensitized area, the guy wept like a little boy. Don’t blame him! It is a difficult area to anesthetize. Correct me if I am wrong, MomE!
Anyways, reel one is the slice, and some pus, reel two is the down and dirty drainage, or tweezering of the chunks as may be more apropoop (no, not a misspelling, just one of those weird none words I use – don’t tell me you don’t have some of your own “personal” vernacular!). The girlfriend, or however the female camera person is related to the patient, will annoy you at times because she doesn’t pay enough attention to centering the procedure and you’ll be waving your hands to tell her to tilt the camera down – like that ever works, but we do it just the same. lmao. Enough babble, miss you all, will try and post more!

EGADS!!! talk about annoying. it was frustrating to watch with the camera constantly drifting up. i was yelling at the screen!

jesus christ…imagine taking care of that man-sized baby when he gets sick. I feel sorry for the women in his life who have to put up with that zit. As for the zitty camera work (on this video and many others) I think the person filming isn’t looking through the camera, instead their heads gravitate to the side and the camera drifts away.
I kind of get the feeling that the camera person was hoping it would squirt, because the camera only drifted up when the dr. was squeezing, and it just seemed like they wanted to capture it. And dear lord, could that man be anymore of a pussy? He’s probably 32, still lives with mommy, plays video games all day and got the cyst from the headset for online gaming, and hse makes him dinner every night and gives him a glass fo warm milk before bed. GROW A PAIR. Or at least finally have sex. That was one of the worst feel sorry for me cries EVER. And as a mother of 3 all under the age of 6, i know fake cries!

The reason any infected tissue doesnt anesthetize properly is D/to the swollen tissue effecting the nerve endings. The signals don’t “jump” properly from nerve end to nerve end. Thats the only wayI know how to explain it as I am aloof when it comes to physiology! I must have learned it but am well old enough to have forgotten. Anyway, does that sound good!
Thanks for that one! As for the patient, I think he could have used mild sedation since the local was ineffective. I recommend 2mg IV Versed! He wouldn’t know what hit him….or his own name, juuusst for a few minutes!
Great explaination Mother E, as for the poor sod getting his cyst removed well I continue to turn the volume down & not let the sound ruin my fun viewing his misfortune!
I will say this about the Dr. Just forget the tongs dude & get in there with both hands under the GD Cyst & squeeze man! most of us here at this site could have had the whole thing out sac & all in under a minute!

This dude whines like my four year old daughter! She shoved a button almost into her sinuses today and didn’t whine as much as him when they took it out though. So maybe I should say “He whines as much as my four year old daughter SHOULD”. Are those spongebob pants? I am with Lady Squirt and would totally love to see this whiner in labor.
OMG!!!!!! can u say PUSSY I thought I was going to loose it with all the moans and groans and the poor DR offering more lidicane and stuff. Just what a baby The DR must have ben happy for him to leave and must of thought to himself what a baby too.
HAHAHAHAHA! That dude needs to put some fuzz on his peaches! As Softserve said, I’m sure he just lays in bed when he’s sick and cries the whole time for his mommy!
What happened? The last portion of this video is completely missing. The segment in which we see the cyst capsule being removed is no longer there. I wanted to watch it for a second time and that’s when I noticed that the video stopped just short of the sac removal. That was the best part. I hope we can get it back.

Oh, he could have been worse. He was moaning quite a bit, but he did still turn down the additional anestesia, and declined taking a break. So I cut him a little slack on the moaning.
At least on this one, it’s the guy being sliced open making all the noise, not a popper or bystander. He has an excuse for it.
In an earlier post, I made the comment that the last part of this video was missing. Turns out, the only thing missing was my brain! I had two different videos mix up with each other! Stupid!
I guess I was just checking to see if I’m still an idiot. That would be a big fat YES. Sorry for being so dumb. My only hope is that perhaps not too many people saw my mistake. Usually no one pays attention to what I say and I hope that’s true in this case! I could die!
That was more annoying than satisfying. Suckish camera work. I’m motion sick now, and no big payoff. argh!
