I love his videos! That was so gross. I blew something out of my nose last year but no one wanted to look at it. I can’t eat raw oysters anymore becuase they look just like those big snots.

I just wonder how do these things get started and what to do to prevent them? I could only imagine how he felt when he finally too a deep inhale through his new blow hole.

@Splashpopbong: He probably didn’t realize he COULD take that deep of a breath through his nose! Probably got a little cooling sensation on his brain as well since that throbbing bit @ 4:23 was the dura mater, the outer lining of the BRAIN!!

honestly, how does that happen? i realize the whole third world poverty thing, but geez, how can somebody live like that. they must have been in agony with all that stuff packing the sinus. their face probably ached and throbbed all the time, as well as the ears.

plus all that nasty gunk must have stunk to high heaven and tasted even worse dripping down the back of the throat…not to mention, really raunchy breath!

i am certain this person probably feels a million times better, being able to breathe, smell and taste.

I asked Dr. Janakiram about the results of the fungal ball culture. He wrote me back today to say my guess was correct and that it was Aspergillus.

Fist of all, the patient must have been HIV positive or immunocompromised in some other way, this is the only reason why it could get so bad in the first place. Second, maybe he didn’t have medical insurance and with an illness that compromises his immune system he already has more than enough medical bills to pay. Ibuprofin is much cheaper than an operation when it comes to headaches.
