The women in this are extremely annoying so mute would be a good option.

I don’t get it, you guys complain and grouch when women make gagging noises, and so may of you are dying to get your hands on a cyst like this, and yet when people are totally into it, having a great time, you complain too. I thought that they were hilarious, saying, “this is awesome” over and over, like they were so excited that they could think of nothing else to say. At least they were having a good time, except for the guy of course, who was the screamer this time.

Because the women in this -especially one in particular- were make porn noises reminiscent of that scene in When Harry Met Sally I gave a heads up to the people who hate noisy girls.

I however love videos with lots of squeals and gagging, they crack me up, after all I rather enjoyed the “2 girls one zit” video.

Staphonly, it has a wee bit of topical numbing agent in it. probably lidocane or in the family. I can’t see a practical use for it here. I have, however, seen people try to numb topical wounds with it.

I took a pain management course when I first developed neurological pain – long story – but one of the topics for the day was homeopathic ways to treat pain without diverting straight to pills.

The thing that stood out most to me related to icing. I had always thought icing was only useful at the onset of an injury when in fact, icing is a very healthy and natural way to numb and area and stop blood flow (both of which is often handled in ER or doc offices with a combo set of shots to take care of them).

What I found the most helpful related to the length of time icing had to occur to be of use. Most people remove the ice when it starts to create a pain sensation. That’s the place for people who want to be medication free or want to do home surgery to be aware of fully.

If a cube of ice stays on a sports injury, it may only stay a short while then when swelling ceases, the ice is removed.

In pain management or in this case home surgery, the ice should remain a good ten minutes and up to twenty minutes AFTER it had begun to burn. Icing will eventually completely numb the area and makit it a far more conducive location to self-operate.

Food for thought from a little z, sweet southern belle from South Caroline…

Absolute truth when it come to pain issues. i learned that alternating cold with hot q20mins. is good for pain. I don’t like applying heat to pain though, thats just a personal preference.
The only prob. I see with using absolute cold on a cyst is the fact that it constricts the flow of fluids. I would think the exudate from a wound would flow slower if not thicken up. But, as far as pain control goes, it’s the best. Please share any thoughts.

If your aim is only anesthesia, ice is the way to go. But if you’re prepping an angry red cyst for an incision and expression, then ice is definitely counterproductive, as mothere makes reference to.

When you want to cut, you have to use heat, because it brings things to the surface, opens pores, softens tissues and could even soften and prepare thick pus/sebum for easier squeezing.
