What in the world is going on with this surgery–video. Lawsuit waiting to happen. OMG. Now, you that know me, have through previous experience of reading my comments expect me to say and comment on the positive side of the picture. Not so this time. This must be some kind of missionary initiative for 3rd world/developing country surgery. No team work; no masks, the doctor is putting his hand over the nose of the patient–the fly, one gets my message. Thank you for the posting. Makes us appreciate our care in the USA. My son, younger one, with CD issues could have removed a cyst better than the doc in this video. Sorry, doc, if you read this but man oh man. Get another career.

Doctor working on the foot abscess a great deal better. Thank you. The patient looked so miserable and the relief must have been wonderful. Don’t get me wrong, I believe in this type of medical assistance and relief to individuals in need of medical care; however, the cysts removal on the forehead of the young person was criminal; while the foot lancing images were at least easier to watch. Thank you for posting both video’s.

In this video you can see him injecting lidocaine in the girl http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zBnhZgHJ1C8&feature=related
and even in the video posted at popthatzit you can clearly see a bottle of lidocaine on the operating table. this doc looks to be donating his time to do surgery on the poor. its not his fault that the surgery area available for his donated time has a fly in it.
why all the hate toward him?

Well, drunkb, he is being a bit rough. I think there is numbing there but does he have to be so rough? He’s gonna leave some bruising and it will hurt more than it should afterward. It shouldn’t matter if he is donating his time for it.

Ya know… Nothing grosses me out or makes me cringe and I couldn’t even watch this past the 2 minute mark. He’s being WAY too rough on this poor child. Unnecessarily!!

Yes, McSqueezealot – he might be from doctors without boarders – is that the organization that has people who pay to stay at his home? Or he might be from Doctors Without Borders, the organization that goes to foreign countries to assist those in need. LOL! :^D

I don’t believe that Dr. is donating. He appears to be of eastern origin, as the others do. There is always incisional bruising, the girl did look stressed but I wonder why there was such a roomful of people?

it just seems much less traumatic and leaves less of a wound if it squeezed out
the girl would have had IV sedation-she will be aware of what is happening but will not feel pain and have no memory of it after

ok, he’s being rough–yes, but I think his crime is he’s doing it in a sloppy way–he could have made a smaller cut and squeezed it out. I bet the people standing around are cringing!!!

Um Wow. Either this dr is doing this for publicity or they r in a damn mall. Whats with all the media or spectators. Even if he is being nice enuf to donate his time–(which if thats the case Kudos to him)–I’m not so sure swinging and tossing the clamp around on this poor girls face/head will make up for it. A little rough ya think??
