It’s beginning to be difficult to AVOID the good and dear Dr. Janakiram. Seriously, I was searching for three different things, and each time I selected the winner for that category, guess who made the doggone video? (Hint: It was Dr. Janakiram!) I think he should be guest speaker at the next PTZ Convention.

**WARNING: 2nd Video May Be Considered Graphic by Some – Please Be Aware. Thanks! END WARNING** Here are two new videos. The first one is pretty good – shows some infection coming out but I couldn’t get whatever was building up in their out. So in the second video, which is more gory and bloody [...]

PTZ got a note from the creators of the 1st installment, “Kruse’s Eye!”… the cyst hath returned! It goes like this: “Thanks for posting our vid, we uploaded a second video for you viewing pleasure! It’s entitled “Kruse’s Eye 2″ on youtube. This time the *&%$ really hits the fan, literally!” Isn’t it nice when [...]

Good job Doc J. That guy has to feel a heluva bit better! I’m with you Prof. Bring on the doc. I like his approach, nice and easy!
WOW! The man pushed on her face & that was making the YUK start draining out! How cool is that? Pretty darn cool I say!
I love his videos!
eeewwww!!! these ones make me queezy. there is something about having ricotta cheese up one’s nose that makes me gag.
also it may very well turn me off making my favourite lasagne recipe.
Oh sweet putrid pustulance! I only wish he made some videos longer… probably saves the best bits for himself. Maybe he’ll do a “Best of…” compilation with Bonus Footage, just for PTZ!
Yeah, I like the Doc too. And the videos just keep coming and coming…. as long as he has patients, we’ll have good videos!
That was some infection, bet that hurt like a SOB! Pushing the eye was crazy stuff…ewwwww!
Geez, I don’t see how she could breathe!
The good doctor just received an award in London. Can’t remember for what though. (see? can’t remember some things) I LOVE most all of his videos… especially the ones where he talks about what he is doing. It is amazing the stuff that can be in our nose and we still are able to function. I feel for this lady since she is up in years. Had to hurt. Good vid, prof.
I love his videos! He is a very good doctor.
I love his videos, but I was surprised that the patient’s name was posted. Maybe confidentiality laws are different there.
Were those “crystals” running through the nose?
Nice find Prof. Thanks!!
Dr Janakiram is great-he explains things so well,i really feel i have learnt something from watching his vids.
it is a bit worrying for me as my dad,and i have suffered with sinusitis for many years..and i can imagine this womans relief.but now i know the operation we would have to undergo,in a way it is less scary,as it doesn’t look too painful..no more painful than when your sinus is so infected anyway.
WOW! I wish I was his assistant!
Dammit–just when another great Dr. J video surfaces, they decide to terminate the account? Would that be U-tube’s account with Dr. J or PTZ’s account with U-tube? I admit, I’m confused.
Is there any way to get it back?
