Try as I might, I couldn’t find this video here. If it is here, I do apologize as I hate reposts as we all know. I did search.
This isn’t anything wonderful or new. Same old, same old. BUT it is a cyst being removed and something our archives could use!

Good job PPM, You definitely can find the good cranial things. That was just as smooth as silk. There are tons of people walking around with sebum filled cysts in their heads, I of course, don’t know any of them.
