Oh boy… here is another patient where they didn’t deaden it before the procedure. Is it because the tissue won’t accept the medicine or something? Well this kid is suffering no matter what and the guy cutting just kind of… well you’ll see.
I think this may be on the behind but I’m not sure.

OMG, that wasn’t a medic, that was a butcher. It even hurt me from just watching it. He made a huge hole! I would have punched the dude!!!
If anyone did that to my ass without pain killers first I’d go and get my gun and come back and shoot that zithole right between the nuts!!!!

infected tissue will not numb properly folks. That’s the truth. some oral or topical may have taken the edge off for him. Especially probing for loculations! That makes me want to sweat sitting here!
I’m pretty sure the reason they didn’t numb the area, even if it would have worked, is because they were doing this in their home and did not have access to numbing medicine.
Jees, what a piece of butchery. That was easily a dozen separate hacks. And the “surgeon” gave himself enough room to drive the proverbial truck through.
And did you see how DEEP the boil was? I usually favor thorough expression to evacuating with saline, because it just seems to me that e wash-out leaves a “juicy” wound which could very well re-infect. But in this case, with the very thick and bloody matter, could be a hunk of nastiness left. I think here I would opt for a strong wash-out at the end.

I watched this with no sound, and you could tell from movements that he was hurting. What is wrong with some people?

except for the initial hacking, i thought the operator was rather skilled. and while they may not have had access to an anesthetic, they did have chux, used gauze instead of the ubiquitous tissue paper, etc. kind of a confusing post — a mix of stupid ‘n smart. one thing’s for sure: that’s one sore tush.
Obviously these people had access to medical supplies. Too bad they didn’t have access to lidocaine! Then again, even if they DID have access to a local anesthetic, at least they didn’t run the risk of getting in deep $[-]!+ for taking the med from the drug cart. Still, they should have given him a few shots of liquor or something before they got started! OUCH!
