Hot off YouTube… 2 hours to be exact… and it’s a goody! Cheese, blood, diggin’ around… and sigh — some bad camera work, too. Plus there is a great tatt on his back!
Hope you like it!

Nice find!!! 5 Starzzz baby. Oh man this thing really chunks out!! Im in love!
great find, and camera work stinks, i think in my most drunken moment i could hold the camera better than some of these people that film this stuff!
That was some great chunks. Is it that most people with tattoos have cysts or is it that most people have tattoos?
oh god yes, what nice nugget to wake up and rub one off to!!! But seriously the person needs to move the paper towel outa the way, the best chunkage is blocked!
What a beauty! I hate to bring it up but why? oh why! Couldn’t she get rid of that paper towel! It was forever getting in the way of that magnificent thing! I didn’t see a sack, did anyone else? I really hope she didn’t stitch it. I think I heard someone mention it…. Or am I having hallucinations? hee hee. What a winner!
almost two years have passed, yes what a beautiful thing. Why oh why the paper??
I saw the sack, but I don’t think she got it out……….
Nice stuff
No MomE I heard the same thing that you did about stitching and and from what I saw there was no sack removed. But what was up with her digging in there with the scalpel?
At the end she was digging at the sac. She kept rubbing it like she was trying to put it back in. You could see the sac hanging out during on of the close up shots.
i would be nervous with someone digging so close to the spine…there are many vital nerves and sacs of spinal fluid there
BUT what a result…beautiful
notice she even left the sac in there so we may see a sequel at some point
Using the tool in an inappropriate way. It makes no sense to stitch something that may have to be opened again, all in all that was a beautiful cyst! The give was of fabulous consistency!
I would love to find a decent cyst! Maybe the giver of pleasures thinks I had enough in my youth! It aint fair!!
Oooooo that one blew some good chunks! At least she was not afraid to get after it and get it done! Wish I could get my hands on one like that…oh yeah!
I like the person popping the zit they just go for it.
Great find. Too bad the paper towel got in the way half the time
What makes this awesome is the fact that there was no screaming in the background~!
She’s all business. Poor cyst didn’t stand a chance…
Thanks, PPM
aw yeah baby 5 stars
you’re right, what happened to hemostats and q-tips.
I think people are more interested in having a party than whether the ‘patient’ is tended to.
Nice sac with so many good loads!
at 3:47, is there a quick spurt? i think i am going blind…
Great video. Everytime I watch it I cant get past the fact that she is using the scalpel like a spoon.
Prof that was her hair catching the light, but my Gawd what a loaded Cyst!!!!! Absolutely jamed full of sebum.
I want to squeeze one of those so much!
Zelda, it’s very common for people of all walks of life to have a tattoo these days. I am not sure what the statistics are, but I’m pretty sure the tattoo #’s are up there. I personally have 5, my husband has well, lots. Neither of us have had a cyst. My m.i.l. has a tattoo, I don not remember her ever having a cyst in the 20 some odd years that I have known her. Many of my friends have tattoos, some of them here on PTZ, and I bet they WISH that they would get a cyst. I think what you are loooking for is the fact that peple that have tattoos tend to bemore daring, and are willing to let someone go to town with a scalpel on their back in the backyard because they are 1. not afraid of pain, and 2. usually like to show their artwork, and being on YT gives one a pretty good audience for tattoo exhibitionism(sp?). People that have tattoos in the 2009′s aren’t bikers, prisoners and rebels, they are your average Jon Doe, and Jane Doe. Look around.
On to the sac of the cyst, I think it was hacked to pieces when she took that scalpel and stuck it in him and twisted it for all she was worth! It’s probably hanging in tatters inside the hole left by the evacuated sebum! ICK!
Great video! Too bad they were in the shade or had that paper towel in the way half of the time!
Definitely a boss squeezer.
I totally love the girl who squeezed this one. I want to marry her, even if I am a woman.
Does every woman carry a scalpel & rubber gloves in her bag?
That was fun to watch. Thanks for the find!
There’s always that one person in the group that the first thing they want to know is “Does it stink yet”? So did it stink?
That was a good one.
And that was not a “great” tat on his back.
I love those home surgeries. That girl was not afraid to get in there and dig.
If you didn’t hang in there to the very last second you missed one of the all-time best statements which shows the need for ptz. Right at the end the male witness asks about the sebum/pus/purulent material:”So what is that? Fat?” and the cameraman says, “Yeah…” as the vid blacks out.
*sigh* It is to combat such ignorance that this site exists. It’s just like Gagging Camera Girl (the one who keeps squealing “You have GOT to be kidding me!!!” and “It looks like a BRAIN!!!”) says between near-hurls as the wife/gf works on the left neck/shoulder cyst of the drunk hubby/bf as he sits leaned over at the kitchen table – “What is this? Cartilage and fat?”
How could anyone think junk from an infected zit/boil/cyst is FAT?! Is is some common misconception? PTZ is here to correct such errors, myths and legends!
As to the vid, I agree with folks that it was a vid-worthy cyst, and a pretty good surgery effort. I wish the scalpel-wielder had extended the area to be squeezed to about 3″ farther out. She had fully worked the small area directly outside the incision, but not really any outlying loculations. I feel certain there were more bags o’ cheese to be burst if she’d just widened the target area and given it the hard push toward the incision. But we’ll never now.
I was craning my neck trying to see around that damned paper towel! (it didn’t work) What a great cyst. Why don’t I know anyone who has one?! The digging and scooping with the scalpel was bad. There’s enough “meat” on that part of the back that she’s not going to hit anything vital, but she probably went through the sac and into healthy tissue and definitely created more damage than she needed to.
Also, a pet peeve of mine as a nurse is that people seem to feel invincible when they have gloves on. She was using the scapel and digging with it right toward her hand. Gloves aren’t going to protect you from a scapel and these days a lot of people are walking around with undiagnosed Hep C, not to mention HIV and Hep B. Be careful with those sharps, people! Safety first

Boy, I’m glad that I never do anything that silly!
Oh, and thanks, Puss, for clarifying about the hair. I thought that a spurt might be too much to ask for!
“And that was not a “great” tat on his back.”
Agreed.
It’s a misplaced “tramp stamp”.
Great Cyst! and i loveed how she wear gloves.
cool cyst- but the nurse is a menace. “gouging” with the scalpel is not the way to go. breaking up loculations is usually done with blunt dissection. perhaps nurse ratchet should review her state’s nurse practice act (if she is in fact a nurse). I can’t tell you how many CNA’s, Medical Assistants, and Office Attendants pass themselves off as “nurses”….
I thought sebum was fat and wax and some bacterial stuff.
I swoon for 1:19 when she back hands from the top and that enormous chunk pops out.
woahhh! the best of the best!
If you are going to pop something that big, get rid of the damn paper towel!!! Or don’t even bother recording it!!! Idiots, that could have been really awesome. Gosssssshhhhhhh.
Great video but, I feel sorry for that guy. The lady didn’t know what she was doing. Using the scalpel like a spoon was a big no,no. I don’t really think she understood that sebaceous cyst have sacs and at the end thats what was trying to come out. Most of the time they don’t come out on their own. They have to be cut out. I think she thought what was left was still cheese. That sac had to be huge with that much cheese that came out. You could see the sac was slightly folded up in there and it was hard when she touched it with the scalpel. I would have loved to see the sac cut out correctly. This is one of my favorite videos. Great find.
wish she could have dropped the paper towel and the one holding the camera would stop dancing around, think that it will flare back up again because she did not pull the sac out, I did hear one of the women say “your an ER nurse and you can’t look at that”, being a nurse wouldnt you think she should have said something about that darn sac still in there, great find though!!
You forgot to get out the sack. That thing is just going to come back. Make sure you film the second round, because that was just awesome. I love the chunks and cheese baby.
I have been looking all morning for a nice chunky one, my favorite kind, and this did not disappoint!! Although I have seen this one many times, it never gets old. Just had to satisfy my chunky zit fetish for the day.
I sit here & YELL at these dumba$$es while the camera is not on the cyst & its being expressed. But you know what REALLY chaps my A$$ all the time in these videos?? These idiots who try to squeeze the junk out of these huge cysts by pressing at the TOP of the dadgum thing! You gotta get way AROUND & UNDER the thing, the WHOLE thing, & push the pressure up from UNDERNEATH it! Nothing is going to come out from the top once the initial stuff is out.
haha omg she totally missed the sac but beautiful poppage wish she would have kept the paper towel outta the way though great post PimplePoppinMomma
OMG!!!! I can’t believe my eyes. She was digging in this guys back with a scaple, and, why was she going to stitch the opening? There was no need. Since she didn’t know that was the sac hanging out, we should see # 2 video. As cysts videos go, this was pretty awesome.
Gah, two of my pet peeves on this one – 1) paper towels and 2) people who don’t put scalpels down. Plus, why does she redig with the scalpel? and she’s not removing the sac and no, you don’t stitch these unless it’s very sterile and in a very visible place on the body (but then again, why would you be digging in with a scalpel)
still, even w/all my ziting – great sebac! Plus, I’d rather see these done in the great outdoors than in the kitchen (that will make me gag)
I wonder if I am the last person in America who doesn’t have a tattoo.
That spot to the left of the cyst looks like it may need some attention from a Dr. It looks like it might be something serious. It didn’t look good to me. The cyst was awsome, minus the digging with the scapel
very adept back yard nurse , annoying squeaky voiced onlooker .great video PimplePoppinMomma
why do people attempt this sort of thing without decent tweezers or hemastats? my fav part is pulling out the cyst, especially the big boys, and half the skin on the back pulls upward with the sac. those are awesome.
