Lots of groovy gunk gets caught up into sinuses! I have always wondered why someone would want to specialize in E.E.N.T. Sooo nasty! not to mention the occasional maggot!

Great video. It did look like a goodly chunk of the patient’s brain was coming out his/her nose. I love those nose and ear vacuum tools.

In this sinus surgery from Argentina; the ‘everything but the kitchen sink’ includes an inverting papilloma as well as a benign tumor. This infrequent & aggressive type has the potential for malignancy however; there is a low rate of recurrence and morbidity. This video of an endoscopic radio-frequency procedure was carried out in Clínica Chutro in the city of Córdoba.
