Now if that surgeon would spend less time entertaining, and concentrate on her job, she would’ve had that thing out alot sooner-
That cut was too big for the patient to be awake. And the constand yapping was amazing. That would make me wanna leave and doubt the competence of the doctor performing.
Seems to me like there was way to much joking around going on in that OR. Seriously, when Im being operated on, I want my MD to actually pay attention to what they are doing. I would have been pissed as hell if I was that dude and saw the video. Would have been great if they opened it up at the end

What the H*LL?? Was that a cyst…or his pancreas? Actually, it looked like a ginseng root. Or a peni delecti (as per Abscession).
Agreed, Squeeze – he had to be OUT. But were they injecting him with Lidocaine? Doesn’t make sense, unless to keep the post-op pain down.
To bad they didn’t pop it once it was out…what a let down!
