OMG! I saw this video on YT, and thoght about posting it, I never read that it was in the US, PLEASE tell me this isn’t TRUE! I’ll just die if there is ANY risk factor of me getting this in any part of the States, as I have made a promise to myself that there is enough to see here w/o risking wierd things growing in my body, after a trip to Mexico that left me devastated, but not a host. I would seriously just DIE!
Don’t worry, this isn’t technically a botfly. It’s a warble. They’re extremely common in wild rodents and hares, but they do not infect people.

hey guys, there is this thing called a worvle ( I’m not sure of the sp. and it’s pronounced wor-vul) it’s a larvae that gets into animals. dear, babbits LOL I mean rabbits, they can get into dogs and cats if the opportunity is right. They seem to like wild animals. NOT PEOPLE. I know they are in the south east and my cat picked up one in Ohio. Im not sure if worvle is the correct name or slang, I just know they do exist. I remember hunters talking about them being in game meat. I discovered a hole in my cats front L. shoulder. Took him to the vet,he discovered a much smaller wound around his belly. enter and exit wound. Much like a bot fly.
My friend had a kittem about 3-4 months old and it had one right in the front of its’ neck. It finally fell out and the thing was humongous!! This was in Kentucky.
Why didn’t that stupid asian lady help the little critter out there and pull that bad boy out? I would. Poor thing was in pain. I can’t stand to see any animal in pain.
I don’t get why you have to point out that she is asian, just a lady. Race doesn’t matter here, we just enjoy a good video. Why is she stupid? The mouse didn’t look to be in pain, he was just eating his lunch that happened to be attached to him or was he attached to it?
Everything about that was sick.
How does this video belong on a zit popping site? Absolutely gross. I hate mice and I hate larva, so the whole thing was gross to me. There was no zit and no popping, so I think it should be removed. Same goes for some of these surgeries on here. This is zit popping, geez!
beignet, this is a fettish website and we all have our own little ticks that turn us on. if bot flys aren’t your thing, don’t knock those who enjoy them. Obviously vids are approved and posted for a reason on here. if you don’t like it, find zit popping vids and submit them for posting. And don’t knock my surgery vids! lol! that’s my special vice and would die if they were removed! So what works for some may not work for you and what works for you may not work for me. There are some great vids here though if you explore the site. Bot flys gross me out too btw, but i know others love them. We all share a sickness here. None of us though are any sicker than the other just because they like what we don’t. happy watching.

Beignet, I strongly share your opinion, somewhat, as I like the surgeries. See, we each have a trend for viewing pleasure. Now, did I enjoy the poor little mouse, no! Do I embrace rodents? NO way. Do I like bot fly’s? NO and NO. HOWEVER, I really enjoy PTZ website and viewing. So, I thank the individual that posted the video, nicely and sincerely. And will I view this? After the comments, I think I will just skip viewing this posting. And I am not sure I am classified as “sick” for liking zit video’s but . . . . you decide.

I think they fly out as mature Botflies. The botfly tackles a mosquito mid-air and lays its eggs on it so that when the mosquito goes to a mammal to feed, the eggs fall off. The eggs hatch and burrow into the animal and if left alone they should mature into flies. Was this what you were asking?

We are a group here of sick individuals who like gross zit, does it really matter to you if it falls under the category “zit popping” freaking cysts, and abscesses are not zits either.

My point is…is there anything off limits here? This is supposed to be about zit popping. Does that open it up to anything coming out of any part of the body? Someone having a baby, someone taking a crap, etc., etc.??? The site isn’t, “Gross Out.” If so, then go ahead and post a kid eating his boogers, or someone with a bad cold with snot hanging out of their nose. I don’t see any of that on here (thank you!).
I like the zit popping. The rest is garbage and doesn’t belong here. It’d be a much better site without it.
You can leave any time. We are a positive group that appreciates many things in this wierd wonderful world. One being bot flies. No babies being born; just parasites and pus.

Beignet, there are things on the site I don’t like.I have the choice not to look at it. This is a wonderful site,w/wonderful members. What you watch is all about your choice. You knew the vid was a parasite, you chose to watch it anyway. Why complain then? People submit vids. and E. makes the choice. He knows what material works. You should not forget that along with majority rule. Look away, thats all you have to do.
Kids eating boogers is sooooo everyday. If i wanted to see that I would just watch the neighborhood brats outside. Now – a mouse eating a parasite while it’s still attached…… you don’t see that everyday. Awesome.

Honestly, I watched it the first time with out my glasses and I thought the mouse was eating a blackberry… which lead me to say WTF! Then I put on the specs and watched again… and screamed WTF! That thing was HUGE for that poor little mouse. And as for people who are ziting and moaning about what CONTENT is put on this site, if you don’t like it make your own ziting site. I am so sick and tired of people who just zit and complain about either people on the site, the content, the reposting etc… its sad … its a free site for people who are zited up and like some strange things… its great. leave it alone. if you dont like something change it. and just for the record… there are videos of snot on this site, its a sinus surgery… just thought id let you know!

On another note, I have watched fountains of pus, pools of blood, flesh being sucked into a tube. Seen people with no skin on a major portion of their arm, spray a bathroom with infection, and watch a sinus cavity being eaten away by maggots.
Still, if I had to name the most disturbing/grotesque video I’ve ever seen, I think it would be this one. So wrong in so many ways.
1. Giant maggot compared to mouse
2. Mouse being eaten alive.
3. Maggot being slowly eaten alive
4. Mouse, therefore, eating itself.
Etc…
I both cringe at the sight and applaud your bravery to post it. I don’t think I could have.
P.S. I wonder how the mouse was able to break the maggot’s skin. There’s a dissection video of this type of maggot on this site and a *blade* wasn’t able to puncture the skin at first.
