I checked everywhere, but couldn't find any info. She said that usually they also don't draw around and write around on people before surgery. I thought it was probably a cadaver even though it doesn't refer to the 'patient' as deceased. A dead give away is the color of the tissue and the lack of blood. Good eye though. Even though this video isn't exactly my cup of tea I wanted to post something and contribute to our little community.
