Instead of dropping by the lab to have the pus tested for infection, IMO the better bet would be for our poor suffering patient to stop off at the local morgue and see if he could scare up a few pair of relatively fresh testicles. Any donors he might find really wouldn’t mind, and, well, he really needs some, since his own pair don’t seem to be functioning at anywhere close to 100% production capacity. I say he should just keep substituting different pair until he finds a set that works…sort of like testing Christmas lights.

What’s that? How would he (and we) tell if they’re working? Well, for one thing, he’d quit saying, “Ow!Ow!Ow!Ow!Ow!Ow! That REALLY hurts!”, over and over. Plus, he’d be able to simply pop the damn thing, give it one good, solid squeeze, and be done with it all in 10 seconds, instead of stretching the process out for 5 minutes of hyperbolic drama.
