I was up early this morning, so I muddled through some new YT vids, and lo and bee-hold – what a gem I found! This guys arm did NOT look like it was holding this much fluid! Holy cow – all seven plus minutes is totally drainage fun! And you will ask yourself – “Why doesn’t someone answer that durn cellphone!?!”
A definite good morning pick me up for the popologist nation! ~ HS

PTZ got a note from the creators of the 1st installment, “Kruse’s Eye!”… the cyst hath returned! It goes like this: “Thanks for posting our vid, we uploaded a second video for you viewing pleasure! It’s entitled “Kruse’s Eye 2″ on youtube. This time the *&%$ really hits the fan, literally!” Isn’t it nice when [...]

Most everyone here is familiar with Steven Fuchs – he is the star of several vids, and all the pus is from his ongoing battle with Dissecting Scalp Cellulitis. For those of you who are newer, you can catch up by watching these great videos: Scalp Zits…. Head Juice Dissecting Scalp Cellulitis Part 3 Well, [...]

I hope the other arm has a bigass antibiotic drip. How can you have that much infection in your body and still walk around? I’ve seen less fluid come out of freakin cows.
There are tons of pictures of Latin guys with giant arms.
They don’t look like a body builders arm where you can see the muscles, they are just blown up real big.
That was what I figured this was from.
This poor fool had taken supplementals, and that was part of what I caught (I speak a little Portuguese). The non-existent sanitary conditions were totally defeated by the drainage on to the stretcher mattress, and all of the above comments on nationalized health care are absolutely correct. It is not unusual to deliver a baby or perform tricky chest surgery on a stretcher in an E/R in South America (I did this for 3 years with the US Army Medical Corps in villages) and the rate of post-operative infections is absolutely horrendous… and so is the resultant mortality rate!! It would be absolutely standard procedure here in the US for most hospitals to dispose of a mattress after it came in direct contact with an amount of pus like that. Burning is too good for it!
BUT THE VIDEO: WOWZA!! What a GREAT video!! Instructive and graphic, and the only thing I saw done wrong was a total lack of, or a lack of an attempt at maintaining a clean, let alone a sterile area. In such a case, sterile isn’t possible, but maintaining a contained and clean area IS. The results of that practice are a lower rate of resultant and secondary infections. The mud and blood and gore and more that they pushed outta this young fool’s arm was outstanding! So the MD knew what he was doing, after all. The near-solids I saw coming out (clots, really) were indicative of a still-brewing post-secondary infectious mass, and a possible bleeder in the arm, ‘way down deep. That arm needed to be thoroughly opened up and evacuated manually. The infectious masses (yes, compartmentalization syndrome is correct here) needed to be visualized and cleansed maly. , antibiotics, even IV are never enough. I am willing to bet that his arm is now buried or burned somewhere, “South of de Boa-oarder, down Me-hico ‘wayyyy”.
Sorry, guys, a typo in my last: “cleansed manually”, not “maly”.
Sarge, I like it the first way…hee heee hee! Wish I could’ve seen some of the things you have! Been a nurse some 25 years now with experience in lots of areas, but all have been in clean US health centers. What impressed me about this video (aside from the obvious HUGEness of the amount of drainage) was the gray color…It always intrigues me to see all the various colors of the infections. Loved microbiology in college, but now wish I could learn more about it.
Best 21 minutes of the night!
I watched it 3 times
Thanks Halph for finding this. The amount & duration of the pus was amazing. But also absolutely disgusting in every sense of the word. I felt sorry for the patient, you could see him wincing at times.

Hi Everybody, this is the 6th or 7th video I have seen since I first stumbled upon this site two days ago and then I was stupefied that there was a website dedicated to watching zits get popped. Now I know for sure that other people love squeezing them as much as I do! And then I saw small abscesses getting squeezed out and I was in awe but now I am totally blown away blown away by this, like everyone else that lack of sanitation was disgusting and letting it run, yes it was running!!! all over the place, jeepers Doc! And all those people in there and only the Doc or whoever was attending him. So it seems to me that they should have put a drainage tube in it and drained it into a bucket or a vacuum hose and sucked it out but if they did that we wouldn’t get to see it! Poor guy, I hope he didn’t lose his arm!
I hear ya MissB, makes you feel a little better knowing there are other pop junkies runnin around.
I wonder what the doctor is laughing so hard at earlier in the video? It certainly isn’t funny what this poor guy is going through. Hey, we need a PTZ translator!! That would be cool to be able to click on a link and have it translated!!
Now that’s some pus, it just kept coming. I hope he is alright.
Why didn’t they put a pan under his arm? The wiping up was a joke. Why waste all that gauze? Poor guy had to lay in his filth and I’m sure there was a nice big puddle on the floor(gag).
Not to mention the smell!!
That much pus from a human? A cow maybe, but a human? Unbelievable. I certainly hope this guy is doing okay. That was a pretty bad infection he had brewing there.
This breaks my heart. And what’s so deplorable about it, is that this is their customary health care system! It’s one thing to have destitue and inferior conditions in third world areas…but even more displeasing that the doctors execute operations like this. You can detect boxes up againt the back wall most likely containing medical equipement comprable by the “paper-bagged gauze” they opened. (to imagine anything in that room was sterile is absurd). If third world conditions cannot be modernized, (for example, training of the doctors and the use of Universal Health Precautions) the mortality rate will NEVER improve. This is a paramount example of how staph infections and MRSA are spread…and then eventually mature to be drug resistant. And it’s even more agonizing to think its highly probable that this was passed to whichever unlucky patient was next….waiting and hoping to be “healed”. So sad…..
I wonder if we could get an update from this guy on the status of his arm?
I didn’t read all 67 of the posts regarding this video, so this question may be a duplicate…would steroid use cause this type of infection? Just curious….
Gotta admit, the patient took it well considering he had to bite his shirt which seemed to be the only pain killer they had….
Get ready people… National health care coming your way soon!
OMG I’ve NEVER seen that amount of pus come from any living thing in my life!! Well, maybe except one of those “cow abscess” videos. That was so totally amazing how the human body can hold all of that material & the patient still be LIVING! Just totally blows my mind. Awesome vid!!!!
I don’t know what’s more disturbing… the sheer amount of pus coming out of that thing, or the mold on the wall behind him. UGH.
Instead of using about 500 towels they should have laid his arm over a bucket, since there was about a gallon of pus in there…unreal.
I hear people saying that things like this come from steroid usage, ADE, or MRSA. How long does someone have to be on steroids, ADE or have an MRSA infection for it to become this intense? Can it come as a reaction from one shot or is this something that occurs from months or years? I am especially paranoid because I was just at the hospital and I had to have a steroid shot in my arm. It hurt like Hell and then I recalled this and videos like it. Someone put my mind at ease?
never mind oxy clean that funk would take the paint off a car !
O.o that . . . was . . . AWESOME! Best part being my brother looked over, saw it and got sick
oh yea!
scene this one before this is the video i started singing popeye the sailor man to and once again that hospital is nasty dirty gross
I am gob-smacked! Speaking of running IV antibiotics in his other arm, what about a blood tranfusion w/ an IV chaser. Several of you mentioned a gallon of discharge, most of it quite bloody. The body has nine pints of blood I believe and if I’m right, he just lost approx 1/2 of his total blood volume.Uh…not good.
