notice how big that thing was? Bet it was hard as a rock and wasn’t too pliable. Skin will only stretch so far before it rips ( we mothers know that only too well ) Maybe, they had no choice. Just a guess.

FINALLY!! After years of seeing the pictures and wondering why there was no film of squeezing, at last we get to at least see one removed! I feel oh, so satisifed and need a cigarette! Thanks for the fantastic find.

I also would have liked to see at least one good hard squeeze after the black part was removed, but I mean, WOW!

the white underneath was more skin..it was not deep and into muscle tissue..still in the dermis

OMG, that is disgusting, I HATE to think about I have those on my body…. uhhhh… But what are they maded of? Is it just plain dirt or?

I agree with mothereruption – why didn’t they take the small one too? I don’t think you could have squeezed that big one out. It looked old and crusty, not moist, and I wonder if it would have broken off and caused a cyst if anything would have been left?

I see an old scar or pockmark, not another blackhead…but I could be wrong.

A giant “Thank You” to SQ for posting this video! I’ve never seen a blackhead that required its own zip code. Also, I would love to have seen the meatball disected to reveal the mystery contents. Perhaps that was done off-camera?
