LoL everyone is concerned with the sexual joke of this guys back squirt, how bout what the hell is wrong with him? What was it, didn’t look like MRSA because nothing was red or gooey, it just looked like some freakish birthmark thing that ejaculated a lot of liquid from it. This one kinda creeps me out.
