The “squeezer” presses so hard, the skin around the eruption is shimmed-off. However, always, always, impressed with anyone who posts efforts involving popping ZITS!
This is a repost from a year or so ago. The guy had a sunburn and that is the skin you see peeling off.

The sun burnt skin peeling off was grosser than most of the stuff on the site, peel before you pop man, bet he had a bunch more zits pop up after from the gunk being spread over very open pores in very fresh skin!
