its a little high on his butt, it almost looks like the beginnings of a pilonidal abcess/cyst.

the guy in the above linked video definitely has the very early onset of one, it is in the correct area for a pilonidal to happen.
pilonidals are quite interesting and can be really gooey and oozy. youtube has lots of them too.

Okay, can we PLEASE stop categorizing every single staph infection as MRSA? Ever since the scare that is all I hear. Really. Some infections are just that: Infections.
As unclean as this fellow was, I appreciated the effort he put into squeezing every drop from that developing crater.
