~ ~ UPDATE ~ ~ Friday, 05-11-2012: Nana is still in the hospital. She has had 5 units of blood and is on 4 different antibiotics. She had gone septic, and the hematoma isn’t going down so she is most likely going to need surgery to remove it before she can get any better. Her [...]

“Charlotte’s Story” The worst set of plantar warts I’ve ever seen. Video is first of a series (about 20 parts). It’s from a British TV show called “Embarrassing Bodies.” Educational AND gross. This poor kid actually has part of her immune system missing! She has to have a bone marrow transplant to permanently fix the [...]

scenic popping…gotta love it.
nice… The dude with the photo camera kind of annoyed me, since he got all of the good action on camera and didn’t let the guy video tape it.
Love the home surgeries…but I bet they made the infection worse. Still liked the way the guy acted like he knew what he was doing.
The notes on the YouTube video said the guy doing the cutting was a doctor. The patient hit his leg on some concrete about a week before this video. He was snowboarding in the Cascades and ran across this doctor who was willing to help him out.
there’s snow outside. and everybody is in shorts and t-shirts. i don’t get it.
Yeah, I wanna see those still pics that guy was taking.
And to mayo, some places in the mountains still have melting snow all through spring and into summer.
AWESOME!
Thes people rocked!
I liked to conversation as much as the actual “surgery”.
Good find by the way!
Nice video-Thank God the video guy moved . The “DR’ expert on AIDS might want to check his references about how you can contract HIV and AIDS. I’m pretty confident that people who have been infected didn’t have it “INJECTED”!!!! Get a clue Doc!!
Yea Sarah,
I’m thinkin’ that maybe he wasn’t a real M.D. ….
Maybe he was a sicko like us and just pretended to be a doctor in order to pop it
This one rocks! Love the home surgery. I got the impression the one cutting might have been a medic in Nam.
Love this video, had originally saw it on youtube and am glad someone posted it on here. I agree with the guys in the video, the drainage looks like blueberry jam ! This could have been a 5 star rating if we had been able to see it from the beginning incision. None the less, it ROCKS !
Great video–see one doesn’t really need health insurance for these types of injuries–more than I like to recount, I have had similar surgeries performed in the back yard on my leg–one that stands out the most is the deep, huge sliver of wood dug out of the bottom of my foot.
I knew the guy had medical training before I started reading the comments. Thought he might be an EMT.
wow THNX guys! im so happy everyone liked it…one of my first posts!
The guy that did it was an actual doctor, the camp had him brought in after Joel finally saw the medic about it. And his leg has healed 100%
I wish I could have seen the footage from the other camera, this camera person missed the best part…I think he was afraid of getting pus on his camera,…but OMG that was so great,,,that was some major blood clotting..my favorite part is the slice and the first couple of pops, but they was missed because of a stupid camera person….Still a pretty good vid. ….Thanks …..DwS
