And here it is over three years later! Still watching, loving and commenting. This has to be the best vid on the site because he did what we all wanted to do. Good incision, great popping techniques and the will to kill it until he couldn’t squeeze another drop out of it. Sigh…will there be another that does not have a doc doing the work? I hope so and soon please…soon
Now, FOUR years later, and it still deserves a place at the top–I guess the foreign language is holding the rating down, cuz for sheer PUS PRODUCTION, and decent camera work, I feel like it’s a FIVE star vid. Maybe the suspenseful minute-and-a-half of tentative probing and wiping turns people off too. I even got a bit impatient. And then…….OOOh thank you Lordy for good ole boys with big back zits….and people who know how to bring ‘em up outa there!

Who are the people giving this a low rating? How can it only be 3.5 stars? It’s one of my top 10 all time favorites.
The new star system I think has a cap at 4 stars as nothing seems to want to go higher than that…who knows…but it was ranked either number 1 2 or 3 depending on the day!
I’ve wondered about that too.
For the video, it does seem like you spend a long minute, watching the most ridiculous amount of hyper-wiping. I’m staring at my screen thinking “What the hell is there that he’s trying to wipe off? He hasn’t even made the bloody incision yet!”
Then you get one of the most beautiful squeezes in the world producing that lovely toothpaste. and another nice squeeze … and another… for 7+ minutes.
Yeah, I too tried to rate it the FULL FIVE stars it dseserves….but it stayed put at 3.5
I had to have a cigarette after that one. Lol.

This one is a good vid. In the beginning the dude is making me looney tunes with that touch and wipe, barely touch then wipe. What was he barely touching for? I can assume he was nervous and getting geeked up about poking the lump or making an incision. And then he squeezes for 15 seconds, has all the goo and then realizes, hey, I need something to wipe this with? What are people thinking when they pop these monsters? Last gripe…LOL…QUIT POPPING THESE INFECTED AND NASTY THINGS JUST ANYWHERE….GET IN THE DAMN BATHTUB, HAVE SOME CLOROX HANDY (TO WIPE UP WHERE EVER THIS STUFF SQUIRTS ON) AND TAKE A SHOWER AFTERWARDS…YUCK!!!

My fiance has a cyst on the back of his neck and on his jaw (they are of a VERY decent size.) He says MAYBE he’ll let me do them…….. someday. Still waiting. Poo.
He didn’t get the sac. I think he might have, though. He seemed hellbent on fixin’ that cyst but good. He looked like he had just gotten to it when the lady stopped recording. Why did she have to stop? What a turd.
