I actually grew up with a guy like this. He had the weakest stomach ever and was in no way faking it. He once walked into the school lunchroom and they had made tuna something. Yep, chunks all over the floor. Just in time for lunch, Mmmmmmmmmmm…..
Oh, and a kid farted on the bus once and chunks again !!!

Ahhhhhhhh, I wanted to see the pus come out of the head cyst!!!!! He barely touched it and it was leaking. Had to have an enormous amount of pus to squeeze!!
