With an INR of 4.2 it’s probably not the smartest idea to pop large zits in areas that may rip back open and bleed. He should have waited till his numbers dropped to a solid 3 at least.
To pop in a zit or even to remove a cyst, your INR isn’t that critical… I had a c-section with an INR of 5.4 and did not die… just bled a little more. Anyhow, I liked the blood explosion… funny as zit. Couldn’t see much because of the flash light… but it was funny.
Great comments, “we got a unit of blood in the fridge”. Funny video, but hard to see a lot of the action, that flashlight hurt more then it helped.

I’ve been wanting to see a pilonidal cyst drained. This was frustrating because of the camera work (or lack thereof) but cool and funny because of the people involved.
