i see nips unless its zits masquerading as nips and they want you to think they are nips so they dont get squeezed…
and clean up with an alcohol bath.
you would need hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid for this. honestly i think skin grafting would look better after the sulfuric acid dip. the scars from that would be less noticeable.

omg, that looks more like a serious chemical or radiation burn than it does blackheads! I looked at that and immediately thought of scabs.
I also thought it looked alot like scabs, and I would agree it can’t be bacne if it’s on the guys chest….look he does have nipples…DUH….Please dude start taking a bath everyday and use some good soap, I would bet that would help a great deal with your acne problem…..DwS
