I used to have a zit like this,it was in the center of my chest. Reminded me of a small milk cows teat. I could twist pull and constantly express some cream cheese between my thumb and forefinger. It seemed to be everlasting until one day I squeezed real hard, a large chunk went air borne, no more zit.. I miss it!
