It lets the surgeons use less aggressive soaps and the risk of infection (namely the surgeon) is reduced.

why does it take a little girl to hold a camera correctly? God bless these young kids who know how to work a camera. all these other idiots shake the heck outta the camera or they’re laughing hysterically while holding the camera. hey idiots, give the camera to the child, they’ll do it right.
