It’s a true blackhead, on the back of an elderly man. I hope they cleaned it out for him. I would have liked to do it myself!

His age is 88. His skin certainly looks very thin.
That skin has to be thin because it is black underneath and that usually doesn’t happen.
the end looks exactly like tobacco from a cigarette or cigar. I would just cut a slit in the entire thing and take it all out in one piece. It most likely would not even bleed because it is so thin. I am just going to tackle the next person I see with a blackhead and squeeze that thing until it is finished. I don’t care if I spend a zitht or two in jail.
How come there’s never a video to go with these really, really weird blackheads and other skin marvels?? Don’t student-doctors need to learn how to get those types of things out safely, how to find exactly what it’s made of–and how to treat if necessary? Oh–and by the way–what IS the GIGANTIC single black thing on the back of that other poor guy’s neck ?!? I can’t find the video (and don’t know the name), but surely most of you have seen it. It’s about as big around as a baseball, flat, and blackish-brown (?) colored. If anyone has any more information about this neck “blackhead,” please add it, okay? Hope this makes sense…

Poor old man…nobody to take care of his blackheads. Wife probably died while still trying to get him to let her get “that little tiny blackhead, so small you won’t even FEEL it.” He should have let her nip it in the bud–it’s in full bloom now! These days I can’t ever see this picture without expecting (and mentally adding) the sweet pink bow! Ah, it’s fame, comedoness!
I work in a nursing home andI have popped blackheads like this one. It was the coolest thing ever, that is if you like stuff like this. It had a very BAD smell to it. I’m always looking for more to pop…
