Good for you. I too was an early picker, but it took me years to ‘come out’ so to speak. I do think heredity plays some part in it too. I actually said to my dr. once “I come from a long line of pickers and pokers” when he scolded me for picking at my skin, scab, bumps, etc. LOL, but true story!
