This is some call blood pockets. If the case, it is a pimple that has been squeezed before (note swelling), did’t get all the bood out and hole clotted. Left for a while, maybe a day, then popped again, thus the squirt. Just my quess.

Note the nice bruised area underneath, thus all that dark brownish blood running down. Bruises are cool, too!

this looks very similar to the blood boils my ex used to get when his Rosacea flared up.
