no clue what it is, but if you look there are other holes or lumps the same shape and size of the open wounds.plus bot flies make clean holes, not bloody punctures

What in the world made all those holes on this guys back. It doesn’t look like it is bot fly holes. No clue on this one,,anyone?…..DwS….It looks to me like a bunch of bugs bites that have had the top of them scratched off. Maybe a pill head with a really bad itch….OMG…..
