What am I looking at? I cannot even tell what that is (or where it is). Says neck but it looks more like a scarred area than an acne infestation.

Sebum will stay in the skin, it seems, as long as you choose not to squeeze it out. If we could cultivate blackheads for removal and then inject the sebum in our wrinkles, we’d have a safe product. Look how much less wrinkled the blackhead areas are than the non-blackhead areas. Watch out botox!
