This is an systemic mess. He’s all inflamed and needs to find out which antibiotic will work and go inpatient and have IV antibiotics. Once that inflammation is down, then maybe the fluid will have dried up some, and some cheese can be extracted, but this dude is going to have problems his entire life unless they can find out what kind of inflammatory process is going on. Probably autoimmune cell mediated. He’s had treatment, you can see the perfectly round scars around other skin areas that are now flat. This is also a picture from a dermatologist book of a worst-case scenerio probably printed around 1976.

I am fairly certain that a specialist can help him perhaps at UCLA Medical Center or John Hopkins. He needs to seek help NOW!!!

Why can we only get pics of these awesome oddities that seem so spectacular? I would suggest looking at the blackheads as they head down toward the spine. It seems something is unnatural. I may be wrong, but if this is indeed all it appears to be some kind of disease process is going on. He should be admitted to the hosp.
