The HOLES are black, but look empty, so if you look closely, the skin around these craters is gray, which is indicative of lasering. Othrewise, I’d get some Ajax and an old toothbrush and just scrub away. They might want to do a chest x-ray on the dude. If he has cancer and it is eating its way out, he’s a goner.
I think his so-called man-boobs are the least of his problems! And with that…thing…on his side, you notice and comment on his boobs. There is certainly more than one kind of boob, eh? If he’s never seen a doc about that, then he is one giant boob. Poor guy.

If that is something that can be squeezed out, what is he waiting for…I would have tried and popped those long ago,,,….Can they be popped….Looks like really big blackheads? This is the worst case I have ever seen..I don’t understand why ppl don’t do something about all this bad acne, at least try and pop it, for goodness sake, what is wrong with these ppl, if you do please record it for all us zit lovers here on ptz…Dws
That is crazy! I don’t fully understand what i’m looking at. Are those blackheads? Rotting flesh? Some result of cancer? Photoshopped? Can someone help me understand?
