that’s a boil, like that person above said, a carbuncle, with multiple chambers. Pop it, good old fashion squeezing, maybe open it up with a neil, sterilized of course and be sure to video tape and POST!
there would be such glorious spillage if all the chambers were opened and enough pressure applied. I love the posts, would love to see more aggressive action.
